Art 1.

Responsibility

1.1. Each member is required to behave according to the principles of legality and civility during the event and not to have, under any circumstances, behaviours contrary to the law that may endanger one's own or others' safety.

1.2. Each member is personally responsible for all damages, material and non-material, caused by him to things, third parties or his person during the event and, therefore, the Association, its legal representative and any accompanying persons are exempted from any liability, civil or penal, for possible losses / subtractions, damages, thefts and / or damages, expenses that result from being associated to the person or to any third party.

1.3. If there are any damages attributable to an associate, the association agrees to notify it within 15 days of the conclusion of the event: in this case, the member involved agrees to pay the amount corresponding to the damage caused.

 

Art. 2

Type of Events

2.1. The events organized by the association are divided into two categories: events with a limited number of participants and events without limits of participants.

2.2. A peculiarity of the former is the possibility for members of the association to register on the waiting list when the number of places previously indicated is reached.

 

ART. 3

Cancellation due to documented medical reasons

3.1. In case a member of the association, regularly registered to an event organized by the latter, desire to renounce due to documented medical reasons, they have the right to a complete refund.

3.2 To be effective the Executive Board shall be notified, even via an electronic medium, at least 48 hours before the date of the event. Otherwise, they are eligible for a 50% refund

 

ART.4

Cancellation for events without a limited number of participants

4.1. In case a member of the association, regularly registered to an event organized by the latter and for which the number of participants is not limited, desire to renounce for the reasons that fall outside the cases mentioned in Art.3, will not be eligible for a refund

ART.5

Cancellation for events with a waiting list

5.1 In case a member of the association, regularly registered to a closed-number event organized by the latter, desired to renounce to it and, simultaneously, the waiting list included one or more registered people, that person only after a written communication to the Executive Board within the first 48 hours before the event date, has right to a full refund.

5.2 In other cases, if the waiting list were to be empty or not sufficient to fill the vacant spots, or if the person who wants to renounce failed to find a substitute in the first 48 hours before the event date, the refund of the sum will not be permitted.
